Pricing Policy

Samba Import would like to bring to your attention the following terms and conditions that are applicable to prices quoted on this website.

Samba Import Export have no control over the recommended retail prices provided to us by our suppliers. The RRP is shown purely for information only. With this in mind, prices may not have been charged by Samba in the past and does not necessarily they will be charged in the future.

Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, Samba Imports does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Website. Samba Imports will not be responsible for any typographical errors or other errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Delivery prices are valid in Australia only. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery during peak periods. All prices are subject to change without notice and include GST.

Whilst Samba Imports accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, orders will only be processed during normal trading hours and will usually post within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Note: We ship within Australia Mainland only 
At this stage we will not take any overseas orders
 

All items are shipped exclusively via Star Track Couriers and will not be shipped to PO Boxes. For some items, someone must be present at the Shipping Address during normal business hours to sign for the delivery. Extra charges will be incurred for repeated drop off attempts.

Please note – Items will not be delivered to PO Boxes and will be sent to the nearest Australian Star Track depot if locations are within the excluded delivery zones listed below. Delivery can be organised for international and remote places, but please phone for your one-off delivery fee and to ensure that delivery is possible.

Excluded Delivery Zones

Western Australia – Star Track Zones 3-10 inclusive
South Australia – Star Track Zones 6-9 inclusive
Queensland – Star Track Zones 8-10 inclusive
Northern Territory – All areas
Tasmania – All of Tasmania

POSTAGE, DELIVERY AND HANDLING FEES

For all orders over $150.00 (AUD), postage is free if delivered within Australia and the delivery address does not fall within the excluded Star Track delivery zones listed above.

For all orders under $150.00 (AUD), a flat rate of $14.95 (AUD) per order applies if delivered within Australia and the delivery address does not fall within the excluded Star Track delivery zones listed above.

All prices are subject to change without notice and include GST.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Limited Warranty

All new products are sold with the Australian Supplier’s limited warranty. Warranty terms and conditions vary depending on the product and supplier.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Samba Import Export to arrange for a refund/exchange of the product. No warranty or refund will be issued without prior arrangement and all claims exclude freight and insurance costs.

Refund terms

Refunds are only given under the following conditions:

– Have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
– Does not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
– Does not match the sample shown
– Are not as they were described
– And goods are returned within 7 days as specified

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

– No proof of purchase is offered
– The customer simply changes their mind
– The customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them
– The goods have been damaged after the purchase
– Were made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods
– All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the original packaging complete with warranty card and owner manual and show no signs of wear or abuse

Payment Term

Payment for Internet Orders is Credit Card, Debit Card, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Please advise Samba Imports of your payment option when placing an order.

Additional processing time is required for the following payments: Money Order, Bank Cheque and Direct Deposit.

Cash is only an option in the Store.

All goods will be shipped when full payment is received and cleared.

Return Policy – Web Sales Only

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Samba Imports to organise a refund/exchange of the product purchase prices, excluding freight and insurance costs. This does not include non-stocked items.

Refunds are only given under the following conditions:

– Have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
– Does not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
– Does not match the sample they were shown
– Are not as they were described
– Goods are returned within 10 days as specified above
– Samba have been contacted prior to return of item

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

– No proof of purchase is offered
– The customer simply changes their mind
– The customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them
– The good have been damaged after the purchase
– Were made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods
– All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the original packaging complete with warranty card and owner manual and show no signs of wear or abuse.
