Limited Warranty
All new products are sold with the Australian Supplier’s limited warranty. Warranty terms and conditions vary depending on the product and supplier.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Samba Import Export to arrange for a refund/exchange of the product. No warranty or refund will be issued without prior arrangement and all claims exclude freight and insurance costs.

Refund terms
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
– Have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
– Does not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
– Does not match the sample shown
– Are not as they were described
– And goods are returned within 7 days as specified

Refunds will not be given for the following reasons:
– No proof of purchase is offered
– The customer simply changes their mind
– The customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them
– The goods have been damaged after the purchase
– Were made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods
– All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), be in the original packaging complete with warranty card and owner manual and show no signs of wear or abuse

Payment Terms
Payment for Internet Orders is Credit Card, Debit Card, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Please advise Samba Imports of your payment option when placing an order.
Additional processing time is required for the following payments: Money Order, Bank Cheque and Direct Deposit.
Cash is only an option in the Store.
All goods will be shipped when full payment is received and cleared.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Samba Imports to organise a refund/exchange of the product purchase prices, excluding freight and insurance costs. This does not include non-stocked items.

Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
– Have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase
– Does not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
– Does not match the sample they were shown
– Are not as they were described
– Goods are returned within 10 days as specified above
– Samba have been contacted prior to return of item
